The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph zone on Tey Road, Coggeshall in the

District of Braintree, from a point approximately 17 metres in an easterly direction from

the eastern boundary of No. 43 Tey Road, northerly for its entire length.

(Footpath 15, Wakes Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 15, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 160 metres north of its junction with Footpath 16, Wakes Colne north then east for approximately 10 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16 July 2020 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to a collapsed culvert.

The Order will come into effect on 16 July 2020 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 27, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 12 metres south of the access track to Wakes Colne Mills, south for approximately 10 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16 July 2020 for 6 months, weather permitting,

or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due

to the deterioration of the footbridge decking.

The alternative route will be via the track adjacent to the bridge.

(Colchester Road, Great Bromley) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Colchester Road, Great Bromley, in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 390m southwest of its junction with Ardleigh Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a southwesterly direction. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 31/07/2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC9W000OGEA65635412 - BT). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of High Street, Walton on the Naze, in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Old Pier Street to its junction with Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 30m.



2. To temporarily suspend the One Way restriction in that length of Newgate Street, Walton on the Naze from its junction with Suffolk Street for a distance of approximately 29 yds (traffic flowing in a southerly direction) as detailed in 'The County Council



of Essex (Traffic Regulation) (Walton on the Naze) Order 1956.' for the duration of the closure only.

3. To temporarily introduce a One Way restriction in that length of Newgate Street, Walton on the Naze from its junction with Suffolk Street for a distance of approximately 29 yds (traffic to flow in a northerly direction) for the duration of the closure only.



The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/08/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on

closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair

works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Old Pier Street, Newgate Street.

The Order will come into effect on 16/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months

(Kingsland Road, West Mersea) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Kingsland Road, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Barfield Road to its junction with Yorick Road, a distance of approximately 210m.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. 1. To temporarily close that length of Cloes Lane, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Ruaton Drive to its junction with Rush Green Road, a distance of approximately 205m.



2. To temporarily close that length of Douglas Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring from its junction with Cloes Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction.
