Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Blackwater Aggregates for Continuation of development without compliance with condition 2 (Application details) and condition 68 (Phasing) of ESS/03/18/BTE to allow amended timescales for phasing of working and restoration (Part retrospective). ESS/03/18/BTE was for "Extraction of 2 million tonnes of sand and gravel (from Site A5 as identified in the Essex Minerals Local Plan 2014) including the retention of the existing access onto the A120, the processing plant (including sand and gravel washing plant), office and weighbridge, ready mix concrete plant, bagging unit, DSM plant, water and silt management systems and extension of the internal haul road into Site A5 with restoration to agriculture and biodiversity (species rich grassland and wetland)" at Bradwell Quarry, Church Road, Bradwell, CM77 8EP - ESS/79/20/BTE

(Black Chapel Lane, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Black Chapel Lane, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 60m southwest of its junction with Brook Hill for a distance of approximately 100m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/07/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M2140- Essex And Suffolk Water). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

(Colne Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Colne Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from the existing 40mph speed limit near the junction with America Road for a distance of approximately 2800m to the existing 50mph at the junction with Coggeshall bypass. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 23/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297595

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Notley Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 10m south of its junction with Godlings Way for a distance of approximately 12m (including bridge span) to its junction with St Johns Avenue. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/07/2020 for 87 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002624 - Essex County Council). (Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) & (South Street, Braintree) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5t Weight Limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.



3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5tonne weight limit in that length of South Street Braintree from its junction with New Street to its junction with Station Approach, a distance of approximately 539m as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (South Street, Braintree) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2010'. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting atAnyTime' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 02/07/2020, exact dates will be specified on

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
