(Footpath 10, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 10, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Trinity Street, north for approximately 50 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/07/2020 to 28/08/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to repair and stabilise the eastern wall of the Holy Trinity churchyard are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Trinity Street, Chapel Hill, Beridge Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13/07/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Abels Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abels Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ramsey Road to its junction with White Horse Avenue, a distance of approximately 515m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2257260 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Ramsey Road, Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Church Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Burtons Green Road for a distance of approximately 300m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/07/2020 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2279369 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Grange Hill, Stisted Road, Brook Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Greenstead Green Road, Back Lane, The Street, Kings Lane, A120, Coggeshall Road, Marks Roundabout, A120 J A131/b1256 Roundabout, Braintree Bypass-A131, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, High Garrett, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Braintree Road, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Head Street, Colchester Road, Greenstead Hall Road, Church Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 03/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Finkle Green, Birdbrook) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Finkle Green, Birdbrook in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 370m northeast of its junction with Daw Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/07/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01456875936/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Cornish Hall End Road, Stambourne Road, Cornish Hall End, Finchingfield Road, Eggshell Lane, Chapel Street, Blois Road, Broad Green, New England Road, Boreham Place, Sturmer Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Road, Belchamp Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Belchamp Walter in the District of Braintree, from its junction with North Road to its junction with Church Road a distance of approximately 750m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/07/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297268 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, North Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
