(Footpath 9, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 9, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from the land boundary of Brandy Hole Yacht Club, south west for approximately 165 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/07/2020 to 18/12/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow materials associated with the urgent sea defence embankment repairs to be transported using motorised wheelbarrows. The alternative route will be via Kingsmans Farm Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13/07/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Downer Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Downer Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Bread and Cheese Hill for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2285584 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while kerbing and footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Downer Road, Bowers Road, Felstead Road, Bread And Cheese Hill and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 09/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dry Street, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Basildon in the

Borough of Basildon, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Northlands

Approach a distance of approximately 485m. The closure is scheduled to commence on

22/07/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBGLCN4G003 - BT).

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or

displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and

workforce while ducting installation works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Dry Street, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout,

College Road, The Knares, Staneway, High Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 09/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months

or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Henson Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Henson Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Smallgains Avenue to its junction with Holbek Road, a distance of approximately 310m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/07/2020 for 60 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000916437 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Smallgains Avenue, Hornsland Road, Holbek Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 09/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Vange) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Vange in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 35m north of its junction with Osborne Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01410383003 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water box replacement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Clay Hill Road, Southernhay, Broadmayne, Timberlodge Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Craven Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Craven Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Mayland Avenue to its junction with Ray Close a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013M2827 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water

An alternative route is available via Mayland Avenue, Thorney Bay Road, Craven Avenue and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
