Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) Notice under Regulation 25 Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) Essex County Council has received further information in relation to an Environmental Statement which was submitted with a planning application made by Blackwater Aggregates, Bradwell Quarry, Coggeshall Road, Bradwell, Braintree, CM77 8EP on 5 February 2020 and published on 13 February 2020 for Extraction of 6.5 million tonnes of sand and gravel (from Site A7 as identified in the Essex Minerals Local Plan 2014) including the retention of the existing access onto the A120, the processing plant (including sand and gravel washing plant), office and weighbridge, ready mix concrete plant, bagging unit, DSM plant, water and silt management systems. In addition, extension of the internal haul road into Site A7 and access for private and support vehicles to the Site A7 contractors' compound via Woodhouse Lane and Cuthedge Lane. Restoration of Site A7 to agriculture and biodiversity (species rich grassland and wetland) at Bradwell Quarry, Church Road, Bradwell, CM77 8EP, and land south of Cuthedge Lane. - ESS/12/20/BTE The proposal may affect the setting of: Allshot's Farmhouse; Allshot's Barn; Monk's Farm Cottages and Scrip's Cottage, which are all Grade II Listed Buildings. The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Essex Minerals Local Plan 2014 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Footpath Kelvedon 7 may be affected by the proposal. (Duck Street, Little Easton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Duck Street, Little Easton in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 75m southeast of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly then easterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40 mph speed limit in that length of Witham Road, Cressing, in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 710m southeast of its junction with Polecate Road for a distance of approximately 1600m in a south easterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Curds Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 570m northwest of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northerly direction. (Howe Street, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Howe Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Little London Hill to its junction with Spains Hall Road, a distance of approximately 670m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/07/2020 for 6 nights (20:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2272147 - Essex County Council). (South Street, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of South Street, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Railway Street to its junction with Station Approach a distance of approximately 315m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 08/07/2020 for 4 nights, (20:00 - 05:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2278031 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Stepfield, Witham) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Stepfield, Witham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 220m west of the junction with Freebournes Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a northerly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Witham Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 695m southeast of its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/07/2020 for 5 nights, (19:00 - 06:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2288921 - Essex County Council).
