Effects of the order: 1) To revoke 'No Waiting atAnyTime' restrictions on the following length of Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow: EAST SIDE: From apoint in line with the southern kerb line on TyeGreen Village, south east for approximately 18.2 metres. WEST SIDE: From apoint approximately 8.2 metres southeast of the southern kerb line onTye Green Village, south east for approximately 10 metres. 2) To revoke 'No Waiting Mon-Sat 08:00 - 18:00' restrictions on the following length of Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow: BOTH SIDES: From apoint approximately 18.2 metres southeast of the southern kerb line on the TyeGreen Village in asouth east direction for approximately 22.2 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (HarlowDistrict) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL455 085 Revision 0toRevision 1. Notice is also hereby given thatunder Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish aZebra Crossing on Tawneys Road, in the District of Harlow, the centre line of the proposed crossing will be located approximately 20.2 metres south east of the southern kerb line on the TyeGreen Village. The width of the crossing between the give way lines is approximately 6.4 metres. Zig zags associated with the crossing are proposed to be installed on the following lengths of Tawneys Road, Harlow, 1) BOTH SIDES: from the southern give way line of the Zebra Crossing in asoutherly direction for approximately 17 metres. 2) BOTH SIDES: from the northern give way line of the Zebra Crossing in anortherly direction for approximately 17 metres.

(A414 Edinburgh Way, North Place &additional access roads) (Prohibition of Right Hand Turn) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), and 2(1) to (3) and Part III of Schedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To prohibit vehicles from making aright hand turn on the following lengths of roads in the District of Harlowasfollows: Road Description



A414 Edinburgh Way, i. No person shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand Harlow turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto North Place.



ii. No person shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto unnamed access road located approximately 55 metres west of the centre of the North Place junction.



iii. No person shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto the side road named Edinburgh Waylocated approximately 39 metres east of the centre of the North Place junction.



iv. Noperson shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto private access road 1 located approximately 193 metres east of the centre of the North Place junction.



v. No person shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto private access road 2 located approximately 227 metres east of the centre of the North Place junction.



vi. No person shall cause anyvehicle to make aright hand turn from A414 Edinburgh Wayinto private access road 3 located approximately 273 metres east of the centre of the North Place junction.

(Abridge Road, Theydon Bois/Lambourne) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Abridge Road, Theydon Bois/ Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Coopersale Lane to the junction with Ongar Road adistance of approximately 2030m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/07/2020 for 10 nights, (22:00 - 05:30) or where stated on avalid permit (FN59353049 - Highways England). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while concrete investigation works are undertaken by Highways England.

(Church Lane, White Roding &Green Hill, Ongar) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Church Lane, White Roding & Green Hill, Ongar in the Districts of Uttlesford and Epping Forest from the junction with Berwick Lane to both junctions with Matching Lane, adistance of approximately 1310m. The closure is scheduled to commenceon27/08/2020 for 3days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KL1W000000087889L2C -BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while customer connection works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route isavailable via Berwick Lane, DunmowRoad, Stortford Road, Chelmsford Road, Church Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 09/07/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barncroft Close, Loughton) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarilyclose thatlength of Barncroft Close, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Oakwood Hill for adistance of approximately 25m in anorth westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/07/2020 for 4days, or where stated ona validpermit (BC211SEWAQR3T9G002 - BT). Thescheduleddates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Theclosure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route isavailable via Oakwood Hill, Leycroft Close,Barncroft Road, Barncroft Close and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 02/07/2020 and may continue inforce for 18 months oruntil the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of theRoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close thatlength of Homecroft Gardens, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Borders Lane for adistance of approximately 40m in asoutherly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order shall remain in force.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/07/2020 for 1day, orwhere stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000IBBFWPHP05 - BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Borders Lane, Colson Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Shernbroke Road, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryIntroduction of aClearway) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction on both sides of the carriageway in thatlength of Shernbroke Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Morris Court for adistance of approximately 60m in anorth easterly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only All other restrictions and exemptions containedinthe aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shall remain in force. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 06/07/2020 for 5days, or where stated on avalid permit (AZ0081000935469 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Cadent.

The Order came into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
