(Church End, Panfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church End, Panfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road to its junction with Hall Road, a distance of approximately 745m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2287814 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Water Lane, Church End, Shalford Green, Shalford Road, Jaspers Green, Kynaston Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Blunts Hall Road,Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blunts Hall Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Blunts Hall Drive for a distance of approximately 1325m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1W00WTHMV6130-ES1 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Terling Road, Powers Hall End, Spa Road, Highfields Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Rickstones Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rickstones Road, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rectory Lane to its junction with Church Road a distance of approximately 816m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2287748 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repairs works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Park Road, Western Road, Temple Lane, Witham Road, Cressing Road, Rickstones Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Notley Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Notley Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Stone Close to its junction with GodlingsWay, a distance approximately 85m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/03/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO56727175 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole repairs works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via St Michaels Road, High Street, London Road, Roseval Roundabout, Link Under Braintree Bypass, King William Roundabout, Notley Cross, Garden Village Way, Garden Village Way Roundabout At Business Park, Garden Village Way Roundabout Cuckoo Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road Roundabout North, Great Notley Avenue, Bakers Lane, Slaughter Lane, Buck Hill, Buck Farm Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Grove, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Grove, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Newland Street to its junction with Barewell Way, a distance approximately 175m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/03/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275768 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via The Grove Roundabout, Barwell Way, The Grove, Maldon Road, Newland Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Panfield Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Panfield Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Road to its junction with Nottage Crescent, a distance of approximately 445m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/02/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034824950 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Rayne Road, Bank Street, Coggeshall Road, Coggeshall Road - Railway Street Junction, Railway Street, South Street, St Michaels Road, High Street, Pierrefitte Way and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Little Braxted Lane, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Braxted Lane, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 850m south of its junction with Colemans Bridge for a distance of approximately 150m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17/02/20 for 12 days, or where stated on avalid permit (EP201BR0416-01 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while post and rail replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Little Braxted Lane, Colemans Bridge, Colchester Road, Newland Street, The Grove, The Grove Roundabout, Barwell Way, Pasture Road, Maldon Road, Blue Mills Hill, Witham Road, Tiptree Road, Kelvedon Road, Heath Lane, Lea Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Planning Application Essex County Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice Under Article 15

Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Blackwater Aggregates for Extraction of 6.5 million tonnes of sand and gravel (from Site A7 as identified in the Essex Minerals Local Plan 2014) including the retention of the existing access onto the A120, the processing plant (including sand and gravel washing plant), office and weighbridge, ready mix concrete plant, bagging unit, DSM plant, water and silt management systems. In addition, extension of the internal haul road into Site A7 and access for private and support vehicles to the Site A7 contractors' compound viaWoodhouse Lane and Cuthedge Lane. Restoration of Site A7 to agriculture and biodiversity (species rich grassland and wetland) at Bradwell Quarry, Church Road, Bradwell, CM77 8EP, and land south of Cuthedge Lane - ESS/12/20/BTE. The proposal may affect the setting of: Allshot's Farmhouse; Allshot's Barn; Monk's Farm Cottages and Scrip's Cottage, which are all Grade II Listed Buildings.
