Proposed development at: Land off Braintree Road, Tye Green, Cressing, Braintree Essex CM77 8HZ.
Take notice that application is being made by: Gladman Developments Ltd for an outline planning
application for the demolition of all buildings and
structures, and for the erection of 350 dwellings
(including 40% affordable housing), with public open space (including children's play areas), landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS). Vehicle
access to be taken off Braintree Road.
All matters reserved with the exception of site access.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
