Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Biogen for: Continued operation of the anaerobic digestion plant without compliance with condition 2 (approved details) and 4 (hours of operation) attached to permission ref. ESS/27/18/BTE to allow the installation of ancillary structures/tanks and deliveries to take place on Sundays and Bank/Public Holidays at Halstead Anaerobic Digestion Facility, Land north of Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead, Essex - ESS/69/19/BTE Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online
or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808). Consultation on this application is open until 18 October 2019. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at

(Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mount Hill to its junction with Three Gates Close, a distance of approximately 270m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/10/19 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2283512 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue, Three Gates Close and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 20/09/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hill House Road, Pebmarsh & Cricks Road, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hill House Road, Pebmarsh and Cricks Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from both junctions with The Street for a distance of approximately 2100m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/09/19 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2283517 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via The Street, Hill House Road, Clay Hills, Levitts Corner, Colne Road, Pebmarsh Road, The Green, Green Farm Road, Overhall Hill, Cricks Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 20/09/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
