Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for the continued use of a classbase for a temporary period until 31 August 2024 without compliance with condition 2 (time limit) attached to planning permission CC/BTE/05/14 at St Peter's Church Of England Primary School, Myneer Park, Coggeshall, CO6 1YU - CC/BTE/36/19 St Peter's Church Of England Primary School, Myneer Park, Coggeshall, CO6 1YU is situated within Coggeshall Conservation Area The proposal may affect the setting of the wall forming the south east boundary of Church Green from No. 6 to the vehicle entrance of No. 8 (Spinners), which is a Grade II Listed Building, and Sheepcotes, which is a Grade II Listed Building.
