Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 4th December 2019. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 129, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Forest Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres to its junction with Smarts Lane.
The alternative route will be via Forest Road, Smarts Lane and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 4th June 2018 and is required for the safety of the public due to construction works being undertaken. Dated: 23 May 2019

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Sections 26,119 and 118 Public Path Orders 2019 Diversion of Footpath 16 StaplefordTawney District of Epping Forest
The above Order Confirmed on 13th May,2019 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert part of Public Footpath 16 in the Parish of Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest as shown on the Order map contained in this Order.
The effect of the Order will be to divert apart length of Footpath 16 Stapleford Tawney commencing from grid reference 55057,19796 and running in asouth south westerly then agenerally southerly direction to the west of the stream for atotal distance of approximately 143 metres to grid reference 55054,19781 whereitconnectstothe highway known as Tawney Lane will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above mentioned starting point and running in asouth westerly direction for atotal distance of approximately 151 metres to grid reference 55043,19787 whereitconnectstothe highway known as Tawney Lane. The new route of Footpath 16 will come into effect on 20th June, 2019.
Bridleway 52 Harlow District of Harlow
The above Order Confirmed on 3rdMay,2019 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish apartlength of public Bridleway 52 in the District of Harlow as shown on the Order map contained in this Order
The effect of the Order will be to extinguish asection of Bridleway 52 Harlow commencing from grid reference 54485,20927 at the path junction and running in agenerally south easterly direction for atotal distance of 444 metres to grid reference 54516,20897 whereit connects to the unnamed highway north of the Tendring Road. In exchange, a new bridleway has been created under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, three metres in width, commencing at grid reference 54485,20927 and running in asouth easterly and then south south westerly direction and then agenerally south south easterly direction to the east of the current path for adistance of 198 metres to grid reference 54496,20912 then continuing in agenerally south easterly direction and then asoutherly direction for afurther distance of 266 metres to grid reference 54516,20897 whereitcontinues along the existing definitive route of Bridleway 52.
If any person aggrieved by an order,wants to question its validity,or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order,heorshe may,under paragraph 2ofSchedule2tothe Actas applied by paragraph 5ofSchedule 6tothe Act, within 6weeks from the date of this Notice, make an application to the High Court. Copies of the Orders and the Order maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Epping Forest District Council Offices at Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex, CM16 4BZ. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bower Hill, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from north of its junction with The Orchards for adistance of approximately 80m in anortherly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Connaught Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 40m north of its junction with Ollards Grove for a distance of approximately 30m in anortherly direction. The closureis scheduled to commence on 28th May 2019 for 4days,orwherestated

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Claverhambury Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 1805m north of its junction with Breach Barns Lane for adistance of approximately 90m in anortheasterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Stradbroke Grove, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for adistance of approximately 40minanortherly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Victoria Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for adistance of approximately 40minasoutherly direction.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &Clearway) (No.13) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. Atemporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closuretofacilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 16th May 2019 exact dates will be specified on
