Christmas Attire winner Jim Patey is awarded with his prize by senior captain Bob Rayner.
JIM Patey had some early festive cheer as he won the seniors' Christmas Attire Stableford at the Essex Golf and Country Club.
Nearest the pin prize on the par three 180 yard 14th hole was claimed by Roger Farson and that helped him to 37 points, which was good enough to take third spot.
Second place, with 39 points was John Phillipson, but no-one could match 15-handicapper Patey as he took the win with a score of 41 points.
The donated Turkey voucher was won by Martin Kehoe and Brian Nicholas was awarded a bottle of wine for the best Christmas attire outfit.
