THE draw has been made for the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.

Ryman League premier division sides enter at this stage of the world-famous competition.

The winners of this weekend's preliminary round tie between STANWAY ROVERS and Barking will be at home to either Edgeware Town or Barton Rovers.

HALSTEAD TOWN, north Essex's other surviving Thurlow Nunn League team, will be away to AFC Sudbury, if they can overcome Thurrock on Saturday.

BRIGHTLINGSEA REGENT or Great Wakering Rovers will be at home to Billericay Town, while MALDON & TIPTREE or Ware will be at home to Biggleswade Town.

HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS or Royston will take on the winners of the Bedford Town v AFC Dunstable tie, while it's Haringey Borough or Barkingside against WITHAM TOWN or Eton Manor.

First qualifying round ties will be played on September 3.
