THE draw has been made for the opening two rounds of next season's Essex Senior Cup.
Both Stanway Rovers and Coggeshall Town will be involved in round one, with Angelo Harrop's Rovers visiting Southend Manor and Coggeshall - just promoted to the Thurlow Nunn League - at home to Barkingside.
If they are successful, Stanway will then make a short trip to the coast for a second-round tie at Holland FC.
The winners of the Coggeshall-Barkingside clash will be away to Stansted.
Other second-round ties of note include Wivenhoe Town being handed a trip to Barking and FC Clacton travelling to Hullbridge Sports.
Halstead Town have been paired with Burnham Ramblers, in a match to be played at their Rosemary Lane ground.
First-round draw (to be played on or before Saturday, September 3): Wadham Lodge v Basildon United, West Essex v Waltham Forest, Southend Manor v Stanway Rovers, Coggeshall Town v Barkingside.
Second-round draw (to be played on or before Saturday, October 1): Wadham Lodge or Basildon United v Saffron Walden Town, Holland FC v Southend Manor or Stanway Rovers, Stansted v Coggeshall Town or Barkingside, West Essex or Waltham Forest v Redbridge, Halstead Town v Burnham Ramblers, Barking v Wivenhoe Town, Hullbridge Sports v FC Clacton, Takeley v Ilford.
