Aaron Smith shot an exceptional round to win the last major event of the season for the Junior golfers at Gosfield Lake Golf Club – the Summer Classic Trophy.
In a closely fought competition on the Lakes course, Smith shot a nett 67 to beat Max Maynard by one shot.
Nearest the pin on the eighth hole was won by Jack Stoney and Joe Richards on the 17th.
On the Meadows course, the results were also close, with George Groves edging out Justin Phillips to take the trophy for this year.
Nearest the pin on the second hole was John Marsh and the best score on the par threes was won by Rosie Shackell.
