Brian Baker, Glyn Robinson and Phillip Spillane ruled the dancefloor as Gosfield Lake Golf Club’s seniors played their New Season Waltz.
It is a drawn competition and the winning team accumulates points with the best score by one player, then the best scores by two players and finally the best scores by all three players and the victorious trio triumphed with 80 points.
The second-placed team was Andy Bishop, Roy Swann and Alan Barnett with 79 points, with Sam Smith, John Weller and Chris Harrigan taking third with 77.
Nearest the pin on the eighth hole was Stan Thorogood and on the 17th, it was Joe Hayes.
