Halstead Cricket Club are having an open training session for colts players at their Star Stile ground in Colne Engaine Road.
The session, which is for youngsters aged from six to 15, will take place on Tuesday, April 21, between 6pm and 7.30pm and is open to boys and girls of all abilities.
It will be led by ECB-qualified coaches and the club are looking to grow their colts section and build greater integration with the senior part of the club.
Halstead’s third team has become a bit of a development side, with players including Liam Jones, Luke Robinson, George Cook and Lewis Brennan all making the step up to senior cricket in the past season.
