A waterlogged Amlin Stadium pitch has sunk Halstead Town's hopes of getting Thurlow Nunn League division one action tonight.

Mark Benterman's side had been due to travel to face Braintree Town Reserves, but the hosts' pitch is waterlogged and the game has been postponed.

It means Halstead's next game will be their league trip to Ipswich Wanderers on Saturday.
