HALSTEAD Road Runners hosted the third round of the 53-12 Cross-Country League.
The race was held over a varied five-mile course for seniors and one-and-a-half miles for juniors, at Gosfield School.
With open fields at the school and technical single-track in the woods, the event offered something for everyone.
The club had three women out and 14 men.
The overall result leaves them third in Pool B, at the midway point of the season.
