HALSTEAD Road Runner Stewart Ellis travelled to Bury St Edmunds to take part in the Tarpley 20-mile road race.
In cold and windy conditions, he stormed around the tough course in a personal best time of two hours 12 minutes and 23 seconds to finish 12th out of a field of almost 200 runners.
