A QUARTET of Colchester Swimming Club members were in fine form at the Norfolk Masters at Norwich.
Simon Emm, Katie Holmes, Dina Thornton and Rob Milburn collectively won seven gold, three silver and two bronze medals in their age groups.
Thornton took gold in the 100 metres backstroke and bronze in both the 50m butterfly and 100m freestyle.
Holmes swept the board in the breaststroke events, recording a personal best (PB) in the 200m and also picked up a silver in the 200m Individual Medley
Emm was also in the medals after winning gold in his two races, the 100m and 200m butterfly.
Milburn was also in fantastic form, recording a PB in the 100m breaststroke to win gold and putting in solid performances to win silver in the 50m and 200m breaststroke events.
