THE Dunton Test Track 10 saw some great performances for Tiptree Road Runners, despite the cold windy conditions.

James Haskey-Jones broke the club M45 record with a run of one hour, three minutes and 26 minutes in ninth position.

Craig Dawson took 12th place in 1h 4m 35s.

There were personal bests for Mark Shillaker 1h 14m 22s, Valerie Rees 1h 20m 28s and Lynne Baines 1h 40m 32s.

There were good times for Simon Morgan (1h 10m 18s), Paul Dellar (1h 10m 25s) and Peter Bouldstridge (1h 20m 16s).

Paula Rothero was just outside her best with a run of 1h 31m 10s, followed by Abigail Morgan, in 1h 33m 13s, and Dawn Shilling, 1h 37m 10s. Jo Stern made her club debut, finishing in 1h 40m 44s and Rose Haskey-Jones ran 1h 50m 20s.

Martin Pratley improved his personal best by almost a minute, running 26m 11s at the Bedford Parkrun.

At the Maldon Prom Parkrun, Andrew Conway finished in 21m 26s, with Malcolm Bailey running 24m 29s and David Stokes 27m 52s.

Gary Perryman ran the Colchester Parkrun in 20m 57s and Jeff Fairfull completed the Brentwood Parkrun in 31m 55s.

Edward Skinner had his first run at the Kingston Parkrun following a serious knee problem. He finished in 24m 58s.

Earlier, the Nightmare at the Elms night trail saw Simon Morgan first home for the club in 1h 24m 43s, followed by Julian Holder finishing his first race for the club in 1h 36m 23s.

Wendy Smalley, Dawn Shilling and Peter Bouldstridge completed the course in 1h 36m 50s.
