Boxing club to host a charity workout

Halstead Boxing Club hold their sponsored annual charity workout on Sunday morning.
The club is hoping to raise funds for the Mary Barron Cancer Unit at Colchester Hospital.
The workout is a good chance for those considering taking up boxing – either as competitors or on a keep fit basis, to get a taste of the sport.
Spectators are welcome and any donations to the charity on the day would be gratefully received.
The workout starts at 10am and will last for two hours.
