Colchester United lost 1-0 at home to bottom club Barnet, this afternoon.
Alex Nicholls' goal midway through the second half gave the Bees all three points at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, to leave the U's seven points adrift of the League Two play-off places with 11 games remaining.
