SEVEN new personal best times were set by Grange Farm and Dunmow Runners members at the Friday Night Five race at Pleshey.
The five-mile event was on an undulating course, but that didn't affect James Bosher as he finished fourth overall in a personal best (PB) of 28 minutes 32 seconds.
Grange Farm's Steve Read was fifth overall in 29m 32s and Alistair Brown was sixth in 29m 32s.
Others achieving PBs were Matt Webster (30m 18s), Dan Reynolds (30m 27s), Paul McKenna (30m 57s), Sean Henderson (32m 58s), Kerry Harrington (35m 29s) and John Smith (36m 51s).
Jason Wintin finished in 33m 49s, ahead of Gerard Geurts in 34m 17s and Martin Atkinson in 34m 32s.
Anita Cox was second female in 34m 45s, finishing four seconds ahead of Jason Bepey.
