Colchester United's under-21s travel to play Swansea City in their latest Professional Development League Two game tonight.
John McGreal's side will be hoping to bounce back, following their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Charlton Athletic last week.
However, they head to South Wales with selection problems, with centre-backs Jamie Harney and Kevin Lokko both sidelined through injury.
U's boss Tony Humes said: "We're sending an under-21 team to Swansea with no centre-halves.
"Even the two under-21 centre-halves are injured so it's a position at the minute where we're not having a lot of luck but you just have to get on with it."
Colchester's under-21 clash with Swansea takes place at the Swans' training ground tonight, kick-off 6.30pm.
