Fourth place at the final round of the G H Motorcycles/Husqvarna/Eastern Centre Enduro Championship at Butley was enough to see Sudbury Motor Cycle Club rider Jamie Roper retain his overall title.
Locked together on 62 points each in the Championship class at the start of the day were last year’s winner Roper and nine-time previous winner Chris Hockey, who is also a Sudbury rider, while waiting in the wings was Halstead’s Jason Morland on 54 points.
