Brad King feels Witham Town will have the pace they need to do well in the Ryman League premier division next year.

Witham have added two new speedy players to their squad with midfielder Kye Ruel returning to the club after finishing last season with Maldon and Tiptree and young winger Ryan Charles also coming in from Needham Market.

He said: “Pace is always the most difficult thing for a defender to deal with.

“We showed that last year and it will be even more the case in the premier division."
