Yobs have overturned a bus shelter causing fury in the community.
The incident happened on Friday night in Northwick Road, Canvey.
Ray Howard, Tory councillor said it is disgusting.
He said: "A lot of elderly people use this bus stop when going shopping.
"These yobs should spend their time by helping out in the community."
Essex County Council has been approached for comment.
