The first 41 houses in the second phase of the 725-house Dry Street development are now on sale.

The houses, in Basildon, are all three and four bedroom properties and the site has been renamed Westley Green.

They are being marketed by Redrow.

There are a range of styles available and the photos above are taken from across the range.

The three and four bedroom homes do not compromise on space or style.

The three and four bedroom homes are due to launch at Westley Green on Saturday 17th February.

Three bedroom houses start from £395,995.

Kerry McCourbrey, Sales Director at Redrow Eastern, commented: “There has been a fantastic amount of interest in the homes at Westley Green so far, with the three and four bedroom homes proving particularly popular with families in the local area making that first or second step on the property ladder.

"It seems as if this next phase of homes is going to be just as popular with 200 people already registering their interest.

“For those customers who already own a house we have Mastermove available at Westley Green, which helps remove some of the stress of moving as we arrange valuations, appoint an estate agent and handle the paperwork.

"We know some of our customers find this service invaluable, especially as everyday life is already hectic enough.”

The housebuilder is making contributions towards public open space, a new primary school, £500,000 which enabled the Longwood Equestrian Centre to relocate to new facilities and £540,000 towards new sports facilities.

Redrow has also undertaken works to widen a section of Dry Street as well as other important improvements to the local highway network.

Westley Green benefits from excellent transport links with nearby Basildon or Laindon station offering journey times of under 40 minutes to London.
