A person is thought to have been hit by a bus in Southend.
The air ambulance has landed in Seaway car park and ambulances are also in attendance.
A spokesman from the ambulance service said: "We received a call at 2.35pm today to a road traffic collision on Chichester Road Southend On Sea
"An ambulance, ambulance officer and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance attended.
"A man in his 40s is being treated at the scene. The incident is ongoing so no more information is available."
