Two teenage boys were jumped by six people, threatened with a knife, and robbed. 

Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Ambleside Drive, Southend, at around 12.30am on Sunday, December 3.

Two boys, aged in their teens, were walking away from Southend East train station when a black Ford Fiesta pulled up alongside them.

Six suspects got out of the vehicle and threatened them with a knife before one of the victims was head butted, kicked to the floor and robbed of his mobile phone.

The suspects then got into the vehicle and assaulted the other boy in Park Lane after he had run away.

He was robbed of his belt and bag.

They have been described as being white men, of a large build and wore balaclavas.
