Man charged with causing death by careless driving
A man has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
It follows a collision involving a moped and a Vauxhall Corsa on the Hatfield Peverel-bound track of the A138 in Chelmsford on June 16 last year.
The moped rider, David Crow, 59, of Ingatestone, sadly died.
Marc Hensby, 19, unemployed, of Spring Close, Little Baddow, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on June 28.
