Joshua Marlow died after his motorbike was in collision with a Volkswagen Golf
A MAN has been charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving following a crash in South Woodham Ferrers in July.
Joshua Marlow, a 22-year-old from the town, died after his motorbike was in collision with a Volkswagen Golf on the A132 on in July 2014.
Jason Walmsley, 45, of Church Road, Wickham Bishops has been charged and released on bail to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates court on Wednesday May 27 at 9.15am.
