Accident closes road
A WOMAN has been reported for careless driving after a three car pile-up which injured two people.
A BMW, Vauxhall van and Renault were seen crushed together after the crash in Bournemouth Park Road, Southend, near the junction with Walsingham Road this afternoon at about 1.30pm.
Police closed the road for an hour and a half while paramedics tended to the victims and the area was cleared of debris.
Two people were taken to Southend Hospital with minor injuries.
A 34-year-old woman from Southend was reported for careless driving.
