Youth group to have double fundraisers for project
STUDENTS from Plume Academy will be hosting two fundraising events tomorrow.
In the morning, there will be a coffee morning at the Maldon Activity Centre in Carmelite Way, Maldon from 10am to midday.
Then, in the evening, there will be a quiz night at the Maldon Methodist Church in High Street from 7pm to 9pm.
Entry is £2 per person or £5 for a team of four.
Members of the public may bring their own drinks and snacks. All donations and proceeds will go to the National Citizen Service social action project for Daisy Chain Nursery in Wantz Road to help with redecoration and renovation.
