ORGANISERS have hailed Burnham’s annual blues event a resounding success.
Blues at the Barns took place at the weekend with more than 300 festival–goers enjoying the music and spring sunshine.
Organiser Tim Aves said: “All the feedback we got from people at the festival was incredibly positive, with loads of people yet again astonished we had managed to find so many acts of such incredibly high quality, but new to them.
“We work very hard to do that, via out contacts in the music world and by visiting festivals through the year to find the artists we want.
“I’ve not spoken to the venue about 2019 yet, but with a bit of luck, Blues at the Barns will be back next year, bigger, better and bluesier than ever.”
