A COUNCIL has refused outline planning permission for three new homes in Southminster.
A bid was put to Maldon District Council to build the new houses with access on Burnham Road.
The council refused the plans stating the site was beyond the settlement boundary and was not required to meet the supply of houses in the Local Development Plan.
