PUB bosses want to open earlier to serve breakfast to hungry customers.
The Silver Oyster in Queen Elizabeth Way, Colchester, already serves food but wants to be able to change its opening time from 11am to 8am so they can dish up early-morning meals for diners.
Responses to the plans can be lodged until Friday by emailing licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk.
