A wanted criminal, who failed to attend trial for robbery, has been caught.
Daniel O'Hagan was wanted for failing to attend court.
He was found guilty of robbery at Chelmsford Crown Court in his absence and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment on November 18, 2015.
The 25-year-old, formerly of Fambridge Road, Maldon, was arrested in Croydon yesterday.
He has been brought back to Chelmsford police station for processing before being taken to prison.
He had been charged with robbery after the occupant of a flat in Dryden Close, Maldon was threatened and injured and had a games console and jewellery stolen in December 2013.
