AMBULANCE bosses are seeking the views and experiences of people who have used their 999 services to help make improvements.
The Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) is carrying out the project.
People who have used the ambulance service within the last three months can contribute their views and experiences via a survey by logging on to www.myenvolve.com.
Volunteers can also take part in telephone interviews, lasting around 30 minutes, to explore why patients choose to call 999.
Contact Melanie Edwards at melanie.edwards@aace.org.uk or 020 7783 2588 to arrange a suitable time for the telephone interviews.
