PALS offers advice on health services and helps resolve problems
Patients are being urged to use a free service offering confidential advice and support on health issues.
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers information on NHS services, help to resolve problems and provides a listening ear for any concerns and suggestions people may have.
