Fun for all the family at fire station open day
A range of activities will be on offer at Halstead Fire Station's open day.
On Saturday, the public are invited to pop along to the fire station for the popular annual event.
Residents can sit in the fire engines and explore the array of machinery at the station.
There will be demonstrations and a chance for the public to have a go with the fire hoses.
Information on how to become a on-call firefighter will also be available.
Entry is free of charge to the event between 10am and 4pm.
