THIRTY-SEVEN classic cars spanning nine decades descended on the Colne Valley Classic and Vintage Car Show.
Hosted at the White Hart in Great Yeldham, once again the voting theme was: “The car I would most like to drive home.”
With six classes, including Best in Show, there were plenty of tough decisions.
The quality and variety of the cars was amazing, ranging from a Twenties Humber 14/40 Tourer to a 21st century Aston Martin Vantage.
Chairman John Goodman presented the award, and organis- N ers thanked sponsors and marshals.
Winners were:
CLASS A: PREWAR TROPHY 1890-1945 Graham Payze, Austin 7 Special
CLASS B: PAUL GARSIDE MEMORIAL TROPHY 1946-1960 Peter Sewell, Lagonda 2.6 litre DHC
