Chance to try bell ringing
A CHURCH’S ringing tower is opening to the public.
Next Saturday St Andrews Church, in Parsonage Street, Halstead, is inviting the public to try their hand at bell ringing in time for St George’s Day.
There will be plants, cakes and refreshments on sale.
The church tower is open between 10am and noon.
