Police carry out extensive search for man 'acting suspiciously'
POLICE carried out an extensive search for a man acting suspiciously in Halstead last night.
Reports of a man acting suspiciously in Cutting Drive just before 9.30pm led to a search of the area, but no-one was found.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Essex Police on 101.
People can also give information to the independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via an anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
