Over 60? Try out sports for free at Halstead Leisure Centre
AN Age Well afternoon is coming to Halstead Leisure Centre.
Activities on offer include gentle touch class, zumba taster, short tennis, walking football, badminton and table tennis.
All activities are free for anyone over the age of 60.
Gentle touch and zumba must be prebooked by calling 01376 552585 or email braintree-fitness@fusion-lifestyle.com It will take place on Tuesday from 12.30pm until 3pm.
