Helicopter scrambled to help search for missing man
THE police helicopter was scrambled to help find a missing man.
Residents reported seeing a helicopter at about 1pm today around the Ravens Avenue area of Halstead.
A police spokesman said: "The helicopter was looking for a missing man.
"He was reported missing at 11am but he returned home of his own accord at about 2pm."
