About 20 children loved a story time session at Halstead Library.
Along with their parents, the children enjoyed reading stories, singing, dancing, and rhyming at the library today in Bridge Street, Halstead.
Library assistant, Mandy Mickley, who runs the sessions, said: “I have been doing it for about 12 years now and it is always good fun.
“We usually get about 20 children and 18 adults.
“We have simple stories as they are under fives or babies and arms and lots and lots of rhymes.
“The children get a lot from it as it’s not just about singing and dancing but interactions and socialising too.
“I think they all enjoyed it.”
Sessions are held on Mondays from 10.30am until 11am and on Thursdays from 2.15pm until 2.45pm.
