Tributes paid to "Mr Pebmarsh"
Tributes have been paid to “Mr Pebmarsh”.
The funeral of Mark Collett on February 18 was attended by more than 200 people.
Mark was born in Weymouth but moved to Pebmarsh in 1995.
He ran the village’s country show for many years, and also set up the Pebmarsh Variety Club (PVC) about 10 years ago.
The club keeps residents informed of activities and events happening in and around Pebmarsh and money for the benefit of Pebmarsh and its residents.
He also served on the parish council for many years.
